Order fulfilment

Orders are typically posted within 24 h of being placed. Once the order has been posted, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.

Shipping costs and delivery times (Australia)

We ship from Western Australia so our orders can sometimes take a little longer to get to other states than you may be used to. Most Parcel Post packages should arrive within 5-7 business days, and most Express Post packages should arrive within 2-3 business days.

• Orders under $50 have the option to be sent by Parcel Post ($9.70) or Express Post ($12.70) 
• Orders over $50 receive FREE Parcel Post shipping with the option to upgrade to Express Post for $3
• Orders over $100 receive FREE Express Post shipping

• Orders under $50 have the option to be sent by International Standard Post ($17.90) or International Express Post ($32.90)
• Orders over $50 receive DISCOUNTED International Standard Post shipping ($8.20)
• Orders over $100 have the option for DISCOUNTED International Express Post shipping ($20.20 to $30.70 depending on shipment weight)

Asia Pacific:

•  Orders have the option to be shipped by International Standard Post or International Express Post ($23.50 to $71.50 depending on shipment weight)

UK & Europe

• Orders have the option to be shipped by International Standard Post or International Express Post ($31 to $83.50 depending on shipment weight)

US & Canada

• Orders have the option to be shipped by International Standard Post or International Express Post ($25.90 to $76.60 depending on shipment weight)

Rest of the World
